A 20-year-old Irishman has been caught in Brazil with 72 capsules of cocaine in stomach,he was trying to smuggle cocaine out of the country on a flight to Europe,police in Sao Paulo said Thursday.
After confessing,the man was taken to hospital where the capsules were recovered. They contained 830 grams of cocaine.
The Irishman has been charged with international drug trafficking, and risks spending between five and 15 years in prison.
